Mary Lazier Smith

Mary is a seasoned educator with over thirty years of study and experience in communication. Holding a BA and MA in Communication, an Integral Theory Masters Certificate, and certifications in Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence, among others, Mary's comprehensive approach transforms communication skills. Her innovative methods foster deep connections intrapersonally, interpersonally, and transpersonally, enhancing self-awareness, relationship building, and spiritual understanding.

As a professor and facilitator, Mary is adept in creating dynamic learning environments, whether in academic settings, corporate workshops, or online platforms. She emphasizes practical applications of her diverse training, guiding individuals towards authentic and powerful self-expression in every aspect of their lives.

Inspired by thought leaders like Stephen R. Covey and Byron Katie, Mary continuously evolves her curriculum to integrate the latest insights into human potential and communication. Through her courses, she leads students to improve their relationship with self, others, using communication as the map and method.
